• Acceptors and Donors determined by FTPL or FTIR on a float zone sample. • Carbon

determined by FTIR.

SIZE: Polysilicon will range in size up to 400mm in any dimension.

APPEARANCE: Contains a mixture of poly materials. The mixture may include popcorn, rod

sections, chunk, seeds, filaments etc. This material may contain foreign materials.

​

PACKAGING: The product will be packaged in 4, 200+-10kg drums. 4 drums per pallet (800kg per pallet).

​

Quantity: 25,000 kg.
